To start a return, please send an email to returns@fluffnstuffpetstore. Let us know the following information:
- You name
- Your order number
- What you're returning
- Reason for the return
So that you don't have to pay for anything, once we receive your return request, we'll email you a return shipping label for you to use when sending us back your item back to us.
Once we receive the item, we'll promptly issue your refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
